Buying
Can I order online, or do I need a quote?
Both. Systems with a price can be configured and ordered right here: choose graphics, memory, storage and an extended warranty, and the price updates as you go. Systems marked quote only, and any build that needs something the product page doesn't offer, are priced through a quote request. Either way, every system is hand-assembled to order.
What does the price on a product page include?
The listed price is for the base configuration shown. Any upgrades you choose are added to it, and you'll see the total before you check out. Shipping and sales tax are calculated at checkout.
Why do some systems not show a price?
DeskServer™ systems and some workstations are designed around the workload they will carry, so the configurations shown are representative starting points rather than fixed part lists. Storage layout, memory and licensing vary enough between builds that a single price would be misleading. Tell us what the system needs to do and we'll price the build that fits.
How long does a quote take?
Normally within one business day. Complex server configurations can take a little longer.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Stripe. At checkout you can pay with major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or Link, or choose Affirm or Klarna to pay over time.
Systems
What is the difference between LT Basic and Managed Basic?
Managed Basic is built on a business-class ASUS PRO Q870M motherboard with Intel vPro Enterprise. That adds out-of-band remote management with KVM access, even when the PC is powered off, below-the-OS security with Intel Hardware Shield, and Intel's Stable IT Platform Program. LT Basic uses an ASUS PRIME B860M motherboard without vPro. The “Managed” in the name refers to this vPro manageability for your own IT team or provider; it is not a managed IT service. Managed Basic suits organizations that manage several PCs or work with an IT provider.
Do systems come with Windows?
Yes. LT Entry systems ship with Windows 11 Home, and all other desktop systems ship with Windows 11 Pro. DeskServer™ systems include Windows Server 2025 Standard, which can be removed from the quote if you are supplying your own license.
Are Windows Server CALs included?
No. Windows Server CALs and RDS CALs are not included in DeskServer™ pricing and must be supplied separately. We can provide them through TD SYNNEX on request. Mention it in your quote request and they will be included in the pricing.
What testing does a system go through before it ships?
Every system is validated before it ships: up to 4 hours of MemTest86, a 2-hour Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool burn-in, power draw monitoring, fully updated Windows and drivers, Samsung Magician checks on Samsung SSDs, and Unigine Superposition thermal and GPU stress runs on systems with graphics cards. We don't ship a build until it earns its serial number.
How long does it take to build and ship a system?
DeskServer™ builds typically ship 5–10 business days after the order is confirmed, and desktop systems are usually quicker. You'll get an email when your system is built and ready to go out.
Can I supply my own parts?
Sometimes. Describe what you have in your quote request. We'll tell you honestly whether it fits the build and what it does to the warranty on the finished system.
After the sale
What warranty do I get?
One year on desktop systems and three years on DeskServer™ systems, covering parts and labor, with individual components carrying their own manufacturer coverage on top. You can extend coverage to up to 5 years total when you configure your system. Full warranty policy
Can I return a system?
Standard-configuration systems ordered through the store can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Custom builds from a quote are covered for defects under the warranty but can't be returned for a change of mind. Full shipping and returns policy
Where do you ship?
Within the continental United States, plus local delivery around Kingman, Arizona.
